Map the Identity Gap
The gap between who you are and who you need to become is specific and measurable — it is not a feeling. This step defines exactly what needs to shift, in what order, and why those shifts are required to produce the results you are after.
This is not visioning or goal-setting. It is structural gap analysis. The gap is the roadmap for everything that follows.
Apply the Formula
Challenge + Recovery + Coherence + Identity Alignment. Each component is a deliberate practice, not a concept. Challenge without Recovery creates burnout.
